How should I store my MOJU products?

To maintain peak freshness and nutritional integrity, all MOJU juices and shots should be kept refrigerated between 1°C and 5°C immediately upon arrival.

Where do you ship your products?

We currently offer temperature-controlled shipping across the continental United States and the United Kingdom. Check our shipping page for specific regional restrictions.

How long do the juices stay fresh?

Our products typically have a shelf life of 21-30 days when refrigerated. Each bottle is clearly marked with a 'Best Before' date for your safety.

Are your bottles recyclable?

Yes, sustainability is at our core. All MOJU bottles are made from 100% recycled PET and are fully recyclable. Please remove the cap before recycling.

Can I cancel or modify my subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your MOJU subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
